Going beyond traditional demographics, I show you a little-known model called NOREX, it´s simple, effective and gives more focus to deciding who to interview and often elicits insights by itself.

2. In a world crazy about tools and tech.

We often forget about the nuances and complexities of human behaviour - those people we are designing for. Here I´ll share 2 simple but important frameworks that can make decoding a little easier for us.

3. Bias in Research Design is hard to escape.

Confirmation bias exists for a reason, but sometimes we become our own enemy. I share some thoughts on how I get out of my own head and stay data-centric.

4. Interpreting Qualitative Data.

Analyzing qualitative data, such as interview transcripts, requires understanding context and subtle cues. I´ll share a couple of frameworks that crop up a lot in my own decoding.
