Customer Discovery That Can save a new business

Startupbootcamp teams do not fail because they cannot build. They fail because they build too early on weak assumptions. Our job was to make customer evidence the default, not an afterthought.

In Barcelona, we delivered a one-day, hands-on customer discovery session for the cohort, teaching the question frameworks that produce meaningful insight fast and the decoding methods that turn interviews into decision-grade signals (including GRAMS and NOREX). This was practice-led, with live application and feedback so teams left knowing what “good” discovery looks like.

Then we supported the cohort with occasional mentoring over the 3-month programme, helping teams apply the methods to their real challenges, tighten their assumptions, and prioritise what to validate next before they over-invested.

The outcome was speed with fewer regrets. Startups gained the confidence and frameworks to run discovery properly, de-risk decisions, and validate ideas earlier in the cycle.

CEOs Don’t Need More Data. They Need Better Insight - Bangkok, Thailand

Most CEOs think they understand their customers. Until they try to explain them without using internal jargon. YPO wanted a practical way to get decision-grade insight fast, so leaders could de-risk major bets instead of relying on confidence and gut feel.

In Bangkok, we ran a one-day session for YPO CEOs focused on customer discovery and frameworks that turn conversations into usable signals. We trained them on how to ask the key questions that produce meaningful insight, and how to decode what they hear using our GRAMS and NOREX frameworks. This was not passive learning. CEOs practiced live, got feedback, and left with a clearer standard for what “good discovery” looks like.

The outcome was immediate usefulness. Leaders understood which questions unlock the highest-value insight, and how to reduce guesswork by using structured decoding to support better strategic decisions.

Customer Discovery for Entrepreneurs Who Move Fast

EO members move fast. The risk is moving fast on the wrong assumptions. The session in Mallorca was designed to upgrade how leaders understand customers, so decisions are based on evidence, not confidence.

We ran a one-day, hands-on customer discovery session using the same approach as YPO. We taught the question frameworks that surface meaningful insight quickly, then trained members to decode what they heard using our GRAMS and NOREX frameworks. This was practice-led, with live application and feedback, not theory.

The outcome was simple and valuable. EO leaders left knowing which questions unlock the most useful insight, and how to turn conversations into decision-grade signals that de-risk strategy and execution.
